About Me

I serve as Principal Broker for Moran Homes Real Estate Group -  a Portland-based team of tenacious and seasoned real estate agents with a combined 25 years of experience. I lead the charge alongside my nephew and business partner, Matt Moran.

I’ve lived with my family in Southeast Portland’s Colonial Heights for many years. I love it here. I’m a short walk from the restaurants on Division Street (like KaTi Thai!) and my dog Bella likes walking me through the labyrinthine rose gardens of Ladd’s Addition. Plus, I can walk to Cinemagic – one of Portland’s classic, charming movie theaters. I’ve found my niche and I’m passionate about helping others find theirs. 

This city has so many neat spots that new-to-Portland residents may not know about. Even lifelong Portlanders can get stuck in a rut and forget about the variety of activities (and taste treats) our city has to offer. This is where I can help. My team and I are plugged into the real estate market trends and we can provide tons of reasons why each unique Portland neighborhood is great in its own way. For us, marketing a home and finding homes for buyers is easy because there is so much about this city we love.

My Background

After playing Division 1 tennis at University of Oregon, I worked as a tennis pro at multiple clubs across the country. The job brought together my devotion to the game and love of working with people, but wasn’t the right path as I raised my two daughters, Molly and Megan. 14 years ago I found my passion in real estate, where I could use my competitive spirit in negotiations and expertise in coaching to take my clients through the home buying and selling process.
